Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to build a market-leading product.
• Build the technical foundation that scales as our customers grow.
• Design, build, and operate backend services with Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL.
• Own reliability, performance, and observability of backend systems in production.
• Build frontend applications using React and TypeScript for great UX.
• Leverage AI-native development to accelerate velocity and improve quality.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS/BE in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years backend software development experience.
• Experience in startup/high-growth environments; large-scale systems.
• Proven technical leader—owning architecture decisions and reviews.
• Deep Python expertise: async/await, type-safe development, APIs, testing.
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy (sync/async), and Alembic migrations.
• AWS services (RDS, S3, SQS, ECS, IAM) fundamentals; Terraform IaC.
