Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and drive projects from start to finish – engineering design, coding, testing, and rollout
• Work efficiently across all levels of the stack (frontend, backend, database, infrastructure) to
• Break down complex work into actionable milestones and stories for the team to execute
• Hold a high bar for yourself and the team regarding code quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Propose team-level technical solutions and actively engage and contribute to new innovations
• Mentor, coach, and provide actionable feedback to help up-level your team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience developing complex, scalable software products.
• 5+ years of expertise in Ruby on Rails, with a focus on writing maintainable, efficient code.
• Demonstrated proficiency in full-stack development, including JavaScript, CSS, and modern Rails
• Strong background in Linux-based infrastructure, databases (i.e., Postgres, Clickhouse, etc), and
• Demonstrated ability to take defined epics and break them down into actionable milestones and
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in Agile environments, pairing and mentoring others.
