📋 Description

• Design and build tools for partner teams to interact with the system.
• Collaborate with engineers to launch new products or features.
• Design, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems across Stripe.
• Debug production issues across services and stack levels.
• Improve engineering standards, tooling, and processes.
• Design tools that reduce onboarding friction.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in CS or related field, plus 5 years experience.
• 5 years building scalable software in Python, Ruby, Java, or similar.
• 5 years balancing UX and technical trade-offs.
• 5 years translating business requirements into software designs.
• 5 years debugging production issues across services and stack levels.
• 5 years building and maintaining production systems.
