Write briefs and roadmaps for banking-as-a-service problems.
Provide mentorship and technical training to junior engineers.
Write technical docs on compliance and fraud in card issuing.
Partner with Product and Fraud Strategy to translate requirements into technical outcomes.
Go on-call for the engineering team.

🎯 Requirements

BS in CS or related field plus 3 years software engineering.
3 years in typed (Java/C++/Scala) or untyped (JavaScript/Ruby/Python) languages.
2 years end-to-end fraud/compliance/onboarding software for banking-as-a-service.
2 years DB experience (MySQL/PostgreSQL or MongoDB).
5 months web app development experience (AWS/Heroku/Google Cloud/Self Hosted).
