Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of token initiatives across multiple chains.
• Build and operate Go services and smart contracts for mint/burn/bridge.
• Improve asset transformation/migration pipelines for faster, safer launches.
• Collaborate with Trading, Custody, USDC, and Compliance on on-chain work.
• Lead on-call ownership for services, building observability and runbooks.
• Mentor engineers, contribute to design reviews, raise engineering quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with backend experience (Go preferred) at scale.
• Hands-on blockchain experience: Solidity/EVM or on-chain services.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, event-driven architectures, and on-call ownership.
• Proven track record owning complex projects in multi-chain environments.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
