📋 Description

• Join the AI Interfaces team within AI Builder Experience (ABX) to build core products enabling AI
• Own high-visibility projects end to end, shaping architecture and delivering well-tested core
• Collaborate across research, product management, design, and engineering to define the first
• Design, build, and deliver essential components like the MCP Server, Agent Skills, and Intelligent
• Engage in architecture discussions, code reviews, and improve developer experience; mentor fellow
• Operate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure business continuity and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong background building core components for scalable, high-availability web apps/services.
• 5+ years backend experience, primarily in Node.js and TypeScript; polyglot codebase familiarity.
• Proven ability to design, write, test, debug, and tune performance in large code bases.
• Track record delivering complex projects independently with minimal guidance.
• Product-minded engineering with pragmatic tradeoffs amid evolving tech.
• Excellent verbal and written technical communication; collaborative mindset.

Nice to Haves

• Experience building MCP servers, agent skills, or plugins for agentic apps.
• Familiarity with agentic AI tooling ecosystem (AI IDEs, CLIs, assistants).
• Working knowledge of Java and/or Python.
• Experience with OAuth and authentication infrastructure for developer-facing services.
• Experience with databases and understanding of database internals.
• Bonus for Kubernetes and AI frameworks/tools experience.
