Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Embed with ISV engineering teams, adapting to their codebase, practices, release cadence, and
• Design and build MongoDB-backed product capabilities, including integrations, data models, indexes
• Design and implement coexistence and migration solutions, including synchronization, change data
• Design and validate production-ready solutions for performance, scalability, resilience
• Enable partner engineers through collaborative development, code reviews, documentation, and
• Capture reusable implementation patterns, tooling, product gaps, and lessons learned to accelerate

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on backend engineering experience building and operating production applications
• Strong application-side expertise with MongoDB, including data modeling, access patterns
• Application-level fluency with at least one major relational database, including relational data
• Experience integrating a new database into a large production codebase and migrating production
• Strong coding ability in at least two languages such as Java, C#/.NET, Node.js/TypeScript, Python
• Experience with SaaS and product engineering, including multi-tenancy, tenant isolation, versioned
