Design, implement and own data-intensive, high-performance, scalable platform components
Work with engineering teams, architects and cross functional partners on the development of
Conduct and participate in design reviews, code reviews, analysis, and performance tuning
Coach and mentor engineers to help scale up the engineering organization
Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience of software development
Proficient in at least one language while comfortable in more than one of the backend languages
Have experience working with at least one of the database technologies - MySQL, Redis, or
Demonstrable knowledge of computer science fundamentals with strong API Design skills.
Comfortable working on a geographically distributed extended team. Brings the right attitude to the
Track record of delivering work incrementally to get feedback and iterating over solutions.
