Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive the design and implementation of new features
• Break down complex problems and translate into elegant design
• Write high-quality, maintainable code
• Own the health of built services, participate in on-call rotation, respond to and resolve
• Use AI tools in daily workflow including design, coding, testing, debugging, incident response
• Improve reliability and observability through monitoring, alerting, dashboards, runbooks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience supporting live production services including on-call rotation and incident
• 4+ years delivering value through software in collaborative environment
• Experience with microservice architectures required
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Datadog) and track record improving service
• Hands-on experience using AI coding and productivity tools with good judgment
• Proficient in at least one modern programming language; currently C#
