📋 Description

• Building and evolving services and tools that power our scaling initiatives across Provider
• Writing clean, well-tested code across C#, React, and AWS-based services.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, PMs, designers, and Ops to shape solutions from idea to
• Contributing to service migrations away from legacy systems toward modern, event-driven
• Using metrics, dashboards, and load tests to keep services healthy and observable as usage grows.
• Sharing knowledge and feedback to help the team move faster and make better technical decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience, with significant backend or full-stack
• Experience shipping features or services for high-scale systems — internal tools, data pipelines
• Comfort working across the stack and learning unfamiliar parts of a system when needed.
• Experience in an agile, cross-functional environment, collaborating with product, design
• A track record of mentoring other engineers and raising the bar on testing, observability, and
• Solid communication skills and empathy for both internal users and external customers.
