📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end design and implementation of new Cash Out features.
• Design and build highly reliable Cash Out transaction flows on EarnIn's payments and repayment
• Use AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows as default way of working.
• Work across the stack when needed, carrying changes from backend services through APIs to the

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years software engineering experience, mostly backend services.
• Computer science or related degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cursor and Claude in day-to-day engineering work.
• Track record using AI to deliver backend and full-stack work end-to-end.
• Strong product sense and customer-first mindset.
• Excellent ownership, supporting live production services through on-call and incidents.
