📋 Description

• Design and develop enterprise AI Apps and Packaged Genies for automation across domains.
• Architect advanced Skills enabling Genies to perform multi-system actions and orchestrate workflows.
• Translate requirements into scalable architectures and skill specs for AI Apps.
• Define coding standards, review designs, and establish CI/CD pipelines.
• Build modular, maintainable, and high-performance logic for diverse deployments.
• Troubleshoot multi-system integrations and ensure reliable AI-driven behaviors.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in software engineering or product development.
• Proficient in Ruby, Python, or Java; willingness to learn new languages.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and modern tooling.
• Architecting and delivering production-grade solutions.
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns.
• Integrations, API design, and authentication across enterprise systems (REST, OAuth).
• Experience with workflow automation, orchestration, or AI/ML systems.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and working with LLM-based systems is a strong plus.
