Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own technical and architectural domains of our web platform.
• Work in an AGILE SCRUM team to run and scale our website and products.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to complete sprint commitments.
• Participate in key technical decisions and document improvements.
• Guide technical designs and implement your team's roadmap.
• Drive learning and shape decisions around technology, tooling, and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building scalable web platforms with Java (or similar); ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Strong SQL and relational DB knowledge; Git; cloud design/implementation (AWS preferred).
• Drive project and product success in Agile environments.
• Mentor teammates and foster growth and collaboration.
• Identify risks, mitigate, and thrive in fast-paced cross-functional teams.
• CI/CD experience; IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) familiarity.
