Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and develop large-scale, multi-tenant, Java-based identity management products
• Collaborate effectively with a distributed team across Portland, OR metro area, Canada, and Europe
• Analyze and elaborate on requirements with product management and architects to improve PingIDM
• Plan, estimate, and manage development tasks independently and efficiently per business plans
• Enable successful cloud deployments
• Work closely with customer-facing support teams to resolve customer issues

🎯 Requirements

• Wide experience designing and developing large scale applications in the Java programming language
• A strong understanding of HTTP and RESTful web services
• Strong interpersonal communications skills
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Familiar with cloud architectures and deployment strategies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Experience using AI agents such as claude code to plan, validate, and implement functionality
