Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead high-impact build projects across ASG portfolio companies, partnering directly with operating
• Work hands-on across the full stack, using AI-native development practices to accelerate delivery
• Serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor to engineering teams across the portfolio
• Train and mentor engineers at operating companies on AI-native software development, sharing
• Design and host workshops, enablement sessions, and working labs to drive adoption of agentic
• Help establish repeatable patterns, playbooks, and best practices that can scale across multiple

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including significant experience building and shipping
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with a track record of building and shipping
• Ability to work across the full stack, including infrastructure, backend, web, mobile, and
• Experience using best-in-class AI and agentic coding tools to accelerate software development.
• Familiarity with tools that improve the SDLC, including AI code review, static analysis, testing
• Curiosity and discipline to stay current with the latest advancements in AI tools and agentic
