Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and ship services that handle custody, transfers, issuance, and compliance workflows
• Work within a product vertical (Custody, On/Off Ramps, Issuance, or Shared Services), collaborating
• Take ownership of a service or capability with focus on production-readiness
• Lead medium-to-large scope projects such as API contract updates, partner integrations, or data
• Improve reliability through logging, tracing, alerts, and failure handling
• Contribute to technical direction through design docs and mentoring

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building reliable and secure services that process real money
• Strong software engineering skills, with proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript/Node.js
• Experience with service patterns such as gRPC, REST, GraphQL, or tRPC
• Familiarity with data stores and async processing: Postgres, Redis, Kafka
• Experience with infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Temporal
• Knowledge of observability tools: Datadog, Grafana, Sentry
