Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Deliver new product features using agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot) as a core
• Write clear specs and prompts, break work into agent-sized tasks, and guide agents to high-quality
• Critically review, test, and debug agent-generated code, so that everything you ship meets our
• Design, code, and automate tests for new product features, by hand when it's the right tool
• Resolve real-world challenges for brands on our Partnership Platform
• Address complex technical engineering issues related to scale and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in programming using open source technologies
• Strong engineering fundamentals. You can read, write, and debug code without an agent, and you know
• Hands-on experience with, or genuine enthusiasm for, AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to express intent precisely in writing, which is
• A problem-solver, eager to address challenges and deliver solutions
• Thrives independently and when collaborating within a team
