Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead multi-sprint projects; design robust, scalable software
• Mentor IC1/IC2 engineers; drive team culture and practices
• Own end-to-end delivery of major features (design to run)
• Define architecture decisions; collaborate with PM/Design
• Improve CI/CD, testing, and AI-assisted tooling
• Ensure operational health and incident response

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Deep fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns
• Proficiency in at least one programming language; quick to learn new ones
• Design scalable, maintainable, well-tested software across stacks
• TDD/BDD, CI/CD, code reviews, automated testing
• AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code)
