📋 Description

  • Lead and architect key software projects for the Adaptive Classification Team.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery across backend, data, and frontend.
  • Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards.
  • Collaborate with PMs, TPMs, and GTMs to implement customer requests.
  • Build scalable, distributed, event-driven systems in Python/Go.

🎯 Requirements

  • BS degree in CS, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or related engineering field.
  • 5+ years backend web development and distributed systems experience.
  • Experience working independently and in teams.
  • Experience with distributed teams, asynchronous and written communication.
  • Experience building features from scratch and operating them.
  • Expert in Python and/or Go.
