📋 Description

• Help build a first-of-its-kind ads system within the Roblox Game Engine
• Develop new ad formats and integrations, starting with video
• Contribute to scalable design and performance across Roblox experiences
• Play a foundational role in shaping a multi-billion dollar Ads business
• Build with emphasis on user experience, performance, and platform integrity
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver thoughtful ad solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in deep, complex C++ codebases on challenging problems
• Analytics/data science background; interpret and act on insights
• Strong data focus with emphasis on accurate, reliable data systems
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-quality systems
• Curiosity to learn and embrace emerging technologies
