🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering with end-to-end ownership.
• Comfortable in ambiguity; move fast with judgment.
• Bias toward simplicity in lean engineering culture.
• Hungry to leverage AI; fluent with AI-assisted tools.
• Strong systems thinking: cloud infra, IaC, data platforms.
• Regulated-environment experience in banking/payments.
