Senior Software Engineer – Agent Experiences

📋 Description

• Lead the application architecture for safe agent execution
• Design and build account-level policy and guardrails for external agent actions
• Own services that evaluate rules on the path into trading systems
• Define behavior of agent-initiated trading actions with tools and skills engineers
• Keep execution model current with MCP protocol and connector/plugin/skill standards
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Risk, and identity platform to ship control model

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building and operating production backend systems
• Shipped autonomous execution software under explicit policy without per-action approval
• Designed and implemented account-level policy with durable rules and audit trail
• Experience with MCP architecture and building to MCP or connector/plugin/skill standards
• Ability to define account rules for unattended actions with Product, Compliance, Risk
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and willingness to work primarily in Go
