📋 Description

• Design and develop scalable full-stack services powering AI agents.
• Build integrations with OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Develop agent orchestration frameworks, tool execution, and context management.
• Improve evaluation frameworks for agent quality and safety.
• Create observability, monitoring, and debugging tools for AI workflows.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on automation opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building distributed systems, backend services
• Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, or generative AI
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin; strong backend skills
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent frameworks, retrieval, AI evaluation
• APIs, SOA, event-driven, distributed computing; strong collaboration
