Senior Software Engineer, Agentic Platform

📋 Description

• Build agentic workflows with structured inputs, tool calls, evaluation, and safe handoff
• Design and maintain full-stack supporting tooling: UI, APIs, and jobs
• Integrate CRM, ticketing, incident mgmt, and knowledge systems with clear contracts
• Improve reliability, performance, and trust via metrics, logs, traces, dashboards
• Build safe tool access patterns with least-privilege permissions and audit trails
• Participate in on-call rotation for systems your team owns

🎯 Requirements

• AI-assisted development fluency (Cursor/Codex/Claude) with 6+ years building prod apps
• Strong TypeScript/React and Go development skills
• Shipping reliable software with tests, debugging, docs, code reviews; LLm patterns
• Integrations across REST APIs, webhooks, queues, data systems
• Production observability: logging, metrics, tracing, dashboards, incident response
• Strong written and verbal communication in a remote environment
