Senior Software Engineer, Agents

📋 Description

• Build backend systems powering agent workflows at scale.
• Design retrieval pipelines and multi-step agent architectures.
• Improve LLM-powered workflows: prompts, caching, latency.
• Own evaluation frameworks for agentic systems (quality & latency).
• Design human-in-the-loop features with product/design teams.
• Ship with the customer in mind and measure impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Production backend experience in search/retrieval, data pipelines, or distributed systems.
• Experience building or evaluating agentic/LLM systems.
• Strong Python and backend fundamentals; APIs, CI/CD, reliability.
• Familiarity with search/retrieval systems and vector DBs (PGVector, Pinecone, Elasticsearch).
• Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) for scale and latency.
• Ability to lead projects and provide technical direction.
