Senior Software Engineer, Agents

📋 Description

• Partner with customers and PMs to design evaluations and ship agents.
• Optimize agent performance via prompts, model selection, and tools.
• Design infra for low-latency agent execution, including caching and parallel calls.
• Improve observability to profile agent behavior and bottlenecks.
• Stay current on agentic systems and apply learnings to products.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for building effective domain-specific agents.
• Iterative mindset: develop proofs of concept, decide quickly, ship v0s.
• Comfortable with when and how to use evaluations to drive quality.
• Humble and adaptable about code and frameworks; drive adoption of new best practices.
• 5-8 years (post-BS/MS) of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
