📋 Description

• Partner with customers and PMs to understand legal workflows and ship agents.
• Optimize agent performance through prompt engineering, model selection, and tooling.
• Work with model infra to design low-latency agent execution and caching.
• Improve observability to profile agent behavior and drive optimizations.
• Stay current on developments in agentic systems and apply learnings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks.
• Experience shipping user-facing products, backend or full-stack.
• Comfortable with evaluations to drive quality.
• Humble and adaptable, drive adoption of new best practices.
• Team moves fast and ownership is valued.
