📋 Description

• Collaborate with product managers to translate problems into AI solutions.
• Design, implement, and integrate AI features into 8am products.
• Partner with Data team to prepare data for AI use.
• Build and evaluate AI-powered services from prototypes to GA.
• Write high-quality Python to manipulate data and interact with LLMs.
• Develop tools and infrastructure for reliable, scalable AI deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven track record deploying production AI/ML services.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks and tooling.
• Strong Python and data manipulation skills.
• Experience building scalable data infrastructure for SaaS.
• Experience with AWS cloud and modern DevOps practices.
