• Build and evolve internal AI platforms such as Archimedes, Bosun, and easyRAG, enabling teams to
• Design and implement reusable platform capabilities such as APIs, SDKs, templates, and shared
• Prototype and productionize new AI capabilities, identifying high-leverage use cases and turning
• Define and improve Chime’s golden path patterns for LLM usage, balancing developer velocity with

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience as a software engineer building distributed systems, platform services, or
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or ML services and shipping production-quality features on
• Strong coding skills in at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript/JavaScript, with comfort working
• A platform mindset: you think in reusable primitives, contracts, and paved roads rather than
• Familiarity with AI-specific engineering concerns such as evaluation, prompt and version
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders such as Security, Risk, Product, and
