Senior Software Engineer, AI Native Web Platform

📋 Description

• Build and scale platform infra: CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and edge delivery.
• Own accessibility testing in CI; add automated a11y validation to deployments.
• Implement platform-wide consent management; centralized policy across web properties.
• Contribute to tech stack unification: shared design system and deployment foundation.
• Operate in an AI-native SDLC where agents assist code generation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Staff SWE to centralize platform maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering shipping and operating production web infra.
• Strong web platform infra: CI/CD, deployment pipelines, build systems, edge delivery.
• Experience implementing or operating consent management at the platform layer.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards; automated a11y in CI pipelines is a plus.
• Ability to own a platform infra domain end-to-end and drive to production under Staff direction.
• Experience with tech stack consolidation or framework migrations on live systems is a plus.
