📋 Description

• Design and build platform-level systems for Harvey's agentic products.
• Own infrastructure for model integration, routing, and evaluation.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure AI quality across teams.
• Develop shared abstractions, SDKs, and tooling for engineers.
• Collaborate with product, PMs, and design to launch AI features.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI advancements as they emerge.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building backend systems; 1+ year AI/ML engineering; staff 8+ years.
• Experience shipping multi-model or multi-provider AI systems in production.
• Familiarity with context management, session state, or memory in AI/distributed systems.
• Built internal platforms/SDKs/shared infrastructure adopted by teams.
• Strong judgment on abstractions; pragmatic shipping.
• Excitement about agentic AI and infra challenges of autonomous systems.
