Design for operability: compliance, tracing, evals, and kill switches.
Own a technical domain with light supervision: API specs, reviews, shipping, pager.
Strong written communication: design docs and PR reviews.
Nice to have: platform-side experience; SSE/streaming; compliance-adjacent.
