🎯 Requirements

5+ years coding in multiple languages; eager to learn Mendix
Quick learner with drive to solve tough problems
Strong ownership of code quality and impact
Familiar with agile methods and Git collaboration
Willing to work in Munich hybrid office weekly
Generative AI background preferred
