Senior Software Engineer (AI Products)

📋 Description

• Architect and ship the Campaign Builder and Agent experiences end-to-end.
• Lead frontend, backend, prompts, evals, and the whole stack for AI-driven marketing tools.
• Improve reliability on top of LLMs; implement retries, fallbacks, and orchestration.
• Define metrics for quality, catch regressions, and maintain brand/tone across accounts.
• Collaborate with product, design, and founders to shape an agent-first GTM platform.
• Mentor and influence the next ten engineers through code reviews and architectural input.

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack by instinct; ownership from prompt to UI and backend.
• AI-native experience with production use of LLMs, RAG, evals, and coding agents.
• Strong backend skills in Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, or Ruby.
• Clear communicator; able to articulate technical decisions in writing and in real time.
• Comfort building in ambiguity; prototype hard interactions when needed.
• Lead with a collaborative mindset and raise the engineering bar for peers.
