Senior Software Engineer, AI Systems

📋 Description

• Build workflow automation, orchestration services, and agentic capabilities to boost productivity.
• Create shared developer platforms to help teams embed AI into daily workflows.
• Design evaluation, observability, and frameworks to improve AI-enabled system reliability
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, Data, Infra, and Security to deliver impact.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to identify value for engineers, customers, and the business.
• Establish repeatable patterns and best practices for safe, scalable adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience building AI-powered developer platforms, workflow automation, or similar productivity tooling
• Strong backend engineering experience building production systems
• Experience designing APIs, services, distributed systems, and developer platforms
• Strong system design and software architecture fundamentals
• Experience operating and supporting software in production environments
