📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate internal tools for high-leverage non-engineering workflows
• Translate ambiguous internal pain points into simple, durable software
• Define platform constraints for auth, runtime, storage, deployment, and maintenance
• Balance flexibility with clear boundaries for AI-native internal tools
• Partner with Security and Infrastructure to ship reliable production systems
• Own end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering
• Production systems experience
• Experience building internal tools, platforms, or workflows
• Strong product judgment and communication in ambiguous spaces
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools, agents, or automation
• Builder mindset; comfortable creating the first version of a product surface
