📋 Description

• Build and own core experiences on the fellow platform, including onboarding.
• Design and build systems to power fellow allocation and workflows.
• Partner with Growth, Operations, Product, and ML to translate needs.
• Lead projects end-to-end from design to rollout.
• Drive architectural improvements and scalable service layers.
• Mentor engineers and promote strong engineering practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering with end-to-end ownership.
• Experience leading technical projects with multiple contributors.
• Strong proactive communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent judgment and systems thinking for scalable architectures.
• Experience modernizing existing systems while balancing speed.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
