Senior Software Engineer - Analytics and Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead architecture and technical direction of our data platform and internal tools.
• Design/build data pipelines and integrations feeding a unified data warehouse.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to identify impactful opportunities and craft end-to-end solutions.
• Build backend for role-based reporting on engineering health, AI tooling spend, ROI, and cost data.
• Own quality, reliability, and monitoring for critical business reporting used by leaders.
• Mentor engineers and promote agent-assisted engineering practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering with production data pipelines or analytics experience.
• Strong SQL and data modelling skills; proficient in Python, Kotlin, or TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with agentic engineering using AI tools and coding standards for agent-produced
• Experience integrating third-party systems and designing data contracts between domains.
• Ability to partner with non-engineering stakeholders and translate processes into technical
• Self-starter mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and leading in a small team.
