8+ years of full-time, relevant industry experience, with expertise in building backend or
Hands-on experience with data (SQL, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering) or internal data
Passion for building interactive and delightful user experiences and engaging with users.
Ability to drive cross functional projects including alignment, collaboration and roll out with
Appetite for high quality code and robust systems, including observability, reliability.
Experience with building AI agents, context engineering, AI harness is a plus.
