Lead architecture improvements and code reviews for renderer health.
Partner with iOS/Web teams to plan rollouts and align platform decisions.
Own large-scale initiatives from design to delivery; migrate from legacy rendering.
Mentor colleagues and contribute to engineering hiring.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years building Android apps at scale with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Backend experience (Golang, Kotlin, Protobuf) and client/server code familiarity.
Experience with server-driven / declarative UI; Litho bonus.
Product-minded; apply UX thinking to platform services.
Proven ownership of technical delivery in cross-functional teams.
Strong cross-time-zone communication across iOS/Web/Backend and PMs.
