Own end-to-end Roblox client performance across all platforms (TTI, size, battery).
Build benchmarking, profiling, and telemetry to catch regressions.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design to evaluate tradeoffs and rollout plans.
Tackle complex codebases, move from greenfield MVP to production, and mentor on performance.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years with high-quality, performant C++ in large codebases.
Proven track record building measurement, monitoring, or regression systems.
Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous systems and deliver production-grade software.
Exceptional communication to discuss trade-offs with engineers and cross-functional partners.
Bonus: on-device profiling (iOS/Android) experience.
