📋 Description

• Lead complex projects across MongoDB, e.g., new Search aggregation framework.
• Set project strategy architect features and drive execution.
• Identify and implement features to improve query language and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and improve software development processes.
• Mentor and grow team members through leadership by example.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in data management and search systems with query processing and optimization.
• Experience developing and maintaining stateful distributed systems.
• Able to shape technical direction and lead initiatives through collaboration.
• Experience debugging and profiling multithreaded Java and Rust applications.
• Bonus: experience designing high-volume query engines (database, search, vector search).
