Senior Software Engineer, Auto

📋 Description

• Build and improve features for Auto Secured Personal Loan to grow originations.
• Design funnel improvements, eligibility logic, and workflow automation.
• Partner with product, operations, risk, and engineering to balance CX, risk, and speed to market.
• Develop durable, scalable solutions that enable future secured lending expansion.
• Contribute to technical direction by identifying risks and improving standards.
• Support high-quality delivery in a regulated environment with thoughtful design and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math or equivalent; 4+ years of software experience.
• Experience designing, building, testing, and deploying production software.
• Experience delivering customer-facing features, platforms, or backend services.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners (product, design, analytics, ops, legal).
• Experience trading off reliability, maintainability, scalability, and delivery timelines.
