Senior Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Own features end to end from user need through design, delivery, and support.
• Design and build full-stack solutions for internal and public web apps with pragmatic architecture.
• Work with AI tools and agents; review, test, and harden code.
• Engage across the full development life cycle: analysis, implementation, testing, and support.
• Lead code reviews and mentor other engineers.
• Work directly with end users and stakeholders to understand business problems.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping software (7+ preferred).
• Strong engineering judgment; distinguish solid solutions from shaky ones, including code an AI wrote.
• Product mindset: start from user and outcome; sweat the details that make software useful.
• Fluency with AI development tools and coding agents; verify, test, and own outcomes.
• Stack-agnostic; comfortable with Elixir and Phoenix.
• Strong foundation in software design, architecture, testing, CI, code review, and containerization.
