📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, analyze, and review code to ensure accuracy, functionality, performance, and
• Drive the software development lifecycle, including defining sprint goals, maintaining operational
• Provide technical leadership, mentor fellow engineers, and help strengthen the team's technical
• Communicate technical strategies, architectural decisions, and proposed solutions to executives
• Collaborate with product managers, software architects, and other stakeholders to ensure technical
• Document architectural designs, create developer guides, and facilitate effective knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical
• At least 7 years of professional experience as a Java developer
• At least 6 years of experience in Java enterprise software development
• At least 5 years of experience with Java and JVM memory and performance tuning, including strong
• At least 5 years of experience with the Spring Framework or an equivalent framework
• At least 5 years of experience applying common software design patterns and advanced algorithm
