📋 Description

• Lead production AI delivery with agentic workflows end-to-end.
• Define AI engineering quality with eval frameworks and pipelines.
• Build scalable, secure AI systems using first principles.
• Design AI-first workflows with LLMs, tools, retrieval, and human-in-the-loop.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and design; mentor engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering in modern SaaS.
• Hands-on production AI features, LLM workflows, or agents.
• Agentic architectures and LLM evals: tools, retrieval, and evaluation pipelines.
• Proficiency in Ruby, JavaScript, or Python; scalable backend.
• PostgreSQL and AWS for distributed systems.
• End-to-end delivery with cross-functional partners.
