• Own and deliver quarterly goals for your team.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale (Python/Kotlin).
• Experience building highly available distributed systems (AWS, MySQL, Kubernetes).
• Defined technical plans for delivering significant features with simple, extensible design.
• Proficient at making significant changes in a large codebase with robust tooling.
• Takes ownership, proactively seeks feedback from team, manager, and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication for collaboration with a global engineering team.
