Senior Software Engineer-Backend

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems for member health.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineers to deliver new capabilities.
• Own code in production in a DevOps culture with trunk-based CI/CD.
• Mentor junior engineers with code reviews and pairing.
• Design AI-powered clinical agents using LangGraph.js in a NestJS service.
• Integrate LangSmith for AI observability and CI-gated quality checks.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years non-internship full-time software development experience.
• 3+ years Node.js and TypeScript experience.
• 1+ years hands-on experience building applications with LLMs, including prompt engineering and model integration.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain.
• Familiarity with LangSmith or equivalent AI observability platforms for tracing and evaluation.
