Senior Software Engineer - Backend

📋 Description

• Design, support, and scale backend services powering loan origination workflows.
• Hands-on work with Node.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS, and Docker.
• Own production issues end-to-end; triage, root-cause, fixes, and runbooks.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and DevOps teams to ship cloud-native features.
• Take end-to-end ownership of major workstreams with senior architects.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and security in a SOC 2 environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years backend engineering with Node.js and TypeScript.
• RESTful API design, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Data fluency in relational and NoSQL databases.
• Security-focused with SOC 2 awareness.
• Observability using Datadog, CloudWatch, or similar.
• Production ownership and strong collaboration in fast-paced teams.
