🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years backend experience in fast-paced, high-performance teams
• 3+ years PostgreSQL relational databases
• 3+ years Elasticsearch NoSQL experience
• Strong Rust programming experience
• Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures
• Docker/containerization experience
• CI/CD pipelines and Terraform IaC
